- Check out time is 12 noon without exception. Your room cannot be guaranteed before 4 p.m. The front desk can inform you if the room will be available before that time. Please call to see if your room will be available for early check-in.
- The seventh day is free (unless you change rooms) if made by previous reservation. The free day will be the weekday base rate of the room occupied.
- One day deposit is required on all reservations.
- Refunds on deposits are forfeited without a 1 week notice of cancellation. No exceptions. Groups of 2 or more rooms require 2 weeks of cancellation.
