No Returns / No Refunds Policy
All in-store retail merchandise sales are final.
Sand Spring Resort does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any retail items purchased on-site.
Once a purchase is completed, the merchandise cannot be returned for any reason, including— but not limited to—size, color, buyer’s remorse, or gift purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
Before completing your purchase, please inspect all merchandise.
If you believe an item is damaged or defective, notify a staff member before leaving the store so we can evaluate the issue at the time of sale.
After the item leaves our premises, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.
Order Cancellations (Retail)
Retail merchandise purchases cannot be cancelled once the transaction has been completed.

Gifts
All gift purchases are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
